Airlines currently do not provide any option of booking open tickets. If you are purchasing a return ticket then a return date needs to be put for the tickets to be issued.
Depending upon the validity of the ticket and fare conditions you could make changes on your return dates.

A booking ensures seats are confirmed for the dates that you would like to travel . To ensure there is no changes in the taxes, full payment is required to issue the tickets. Till the time tickets are not issued taxes can change.

Tax changes due to airlines fuel price and fluctuation of AUD dollar. Every Tuesday night taxes change so it is recommended to pay in full by Tuesday to avoid any tax increase.

Once your ticket is issued no tax fluctuation will affect your booking.

Fares depend upon seat availability provided by the airlines. Availability can vary from minute to minute as it is a live system being used by thousands of travel agents.

Also Airlines releases different fares for the year at different times. So it would depend when your friend made the booking.

Airlines tickets once issued cannot be transferred to any family members or friends as its a legal document. If you are not tarvelling then it needs to be cancelled and processed for refund.

Cancellation amount varies from between airlines.

To ensure our service and time provided at the time of booking does not go in vain hence the deposit amount is non refundable.

Yes, airlines and dates can be changed before the full payment has been made and E-ticket has been issued.

Once the E-tickets are issued then any changes will incur a cost.

Deposit is taken so that a confirmed seat can be booked on the fare provided to you on your particular date of travel with your prefered airlines.

It ensures that we randomly dont book seats to avoid multiple bookings from one customer with multiple travel agents.

Multiple booking reduces seat availability in the airlines system which results in increase of airfare. So to avoid such situation we take a deposit to make genuine bookings.

Yes, if you do not want the stroller/pram to be part of the check in luggage then ensure the child is on the stroller/pram.

At the time of boarding, ground crew would take the pram and you can ask them to hand over to you in your transit city.

If the pram/stroller is packed then it becomes a part of the check in baggage.

No, all airlines have standard baggage policy as per IATA. There is no extra baggage provided for students

Yes, if you are doing a stop over in your transit country then bags will only be checked in till the transit city.

Bags would need to be checked in again in the transit city to your final destination.

All Airlines fare are reduced to such a level that every traveller gets the same fare. We appreciate our regular client booking through us again but we try and put our effort on service then on discounting price.

We can request the airlines to provide Wheel Chair and Meet and Assist service. Every airlines have different policy for Meet and Assist service.

Decision of being able to offer the service is of airlines and not in control of the travel agent.
